Chairman Dolores Greenwald convened the meeting at 2:00 p.m.

Introduction of members and officers
Treasures Report Jana Prock mentioned if funds are to be expended please see her first. Budget to date is $4,177.83.
TML Conference Dolores Greenwald provided update on the 2010 conference program which will be held in Corpus Christi.

Speaker: Jo Ann Roukens, Executive Director of Highland Regional Library Cooperative, New Jersey (recommended)
- Theme: Valuing libraries, demonstrating the contribution libraries bring to our community.
- Discussion: Ms. Roukens will only charge expenses; program should highlight influence libraries have during economic downturns; smart growth/revitalization impact.
TMLDA Awards Program Adam Brooks, Portland Public Library, is assisting Sue Compton.
Conference Booth Mary Cohrs shared that she should have conference theme by TLA Annual Assembly. Once again, Oriental Traders is the first choice for giveaways.
Website Sheila Henderson announced recent updating of TMLDA website information. Meeting minutes will soon become available on the site.
TML Update Frank Shurzl resigned as TML Executive Director. Steve Brown mentioned that the legislation session in February consisted of continuing municipal concerns: franchise fees, limiting property taxes increases and sale tax hikes.
